You can pay online via direct debit. You can also sign up with our residential developer and they can explain our proccess. You can also sign up online through the website and make your payment to set a direct debit and you will be covered for the full year!
You will receive and email a week before with confirmation of the date and you will also receive a reminder text the day before.

If you move to an area where we are not currently servicing, we will refund you but if you move to an area where we do service we will add you on that list.
Our compromise with our customers is to provide a satisfactory service. If you are not happy with the service, we can re do it for you at no extra cost, just get in touch!
6) Are you insured? What if one of your staff falls / gets injured on my property or damages my car?
As a company we have a public liability insurance.

We accept payments with debit and credit card. If you want to pay in cash, the full year subscription will have to be paid upfront.
All customers will be advised to use food bags for the brown bin, black bags for the general waste and we will have a spare bin to empty your recycling. This will be easier for us to take the rubbish out of the bins to make sure they are cleaned.
